Chocolate and Banana Cous-Cous

Ingredients:

250ml Anchor Cooking Cream
1/2 banana diced
1 vanilla bean or vanilla essence
60ml water
30g dark chocolate
50g of couscous
Dried banana chips to garnish



Method:

Place the Anchor Cooking Cream, water, banana, vanilla in a pan and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally.

Once infused, remove the vanilla pod if used and gently whisk in the dark chocolate until it has dissolved, stir in the couscous remove from the heat and cover with cling film.

Allow to stand for 5 mins. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the banana chips.
