Made from natural Swiss cheese with a traditional, pale yellow natural cheese colour. Swiss Slice on Slice has a sweeter, nuttier flavour than the more robust cheddar slices. It is recommended in gourmet sandwiches and burgers and in dishes that require cheese as part of a stuffing.

Helpful tips
Processed cheese does not perform well under direct heat (grilling) as it will generally burn and ‘oiling off’ will be apparent.
