Refrigerate at 2-4°C. Once opened, wrap in breathable paper or foil and return to the refrigerator where it will last for 2-3 weeks or longer, depending on preference.

Helpful tips
|
Cheese is a living product. After it has been opened, re-wrap and return to the refrigerator to prevent it drying out or forming mould. Many cheeses develop surface mould when ageing. Cheese is perishable and will dry out quickly - do not cut cheese until it is ready to be used. If the cheese has been left unwrapped and it has dried out, just grate it and use for cooking.
